I've always been obsessed with traditional and healthy living. My kitchen has been a sanctuary of organic ingredients, hand-ground spices, and ayurvedic treasures—each item carefully chosen to nourish my family the way our ancestors intended. Over the years, I've experienced firsthand how these traditional methods don't just promote health, they transform your entire sense of wellbeing.

Last year, while I was pregnant with my daughter, my partner and I found ourselves at a crossroads. We were brainstorming ideas about my future—work, business, or staying home. One conversation led to another, and suddenly, everything clicked: what if we could share the traditional, healthy lifestyle that had changed my life with others who were searching for the same thing?

That's how Ekanvaya was born—just two months after my daughter came into this world. My third child, if you count Leo, our two-year-old German Shepherd who started this journey with us.

The Meaning Behind Our Name

Ekanvaya comes from two Sanskrit words: Eka (one) and Anvaya (lineage or connection). This name embodies our fundamental philosophy—one ingredient per product, one authentic source, one pure connection to tradition.

We believe that wellness shouldn't be complicated. The best things in life are often the simplest.

Why Kundapura?

To bring this vision to life, I moved back to my hometown of Kundapura, a beautiful coastal town in Karnataka known for its lush coconut plantations and generations of coconut oil tradition. Here, coconut isn't just an ingredient—it's woven into our culture, our cooking, and our way of life.

This is where Ekanvaya's first product was born: wood-cold pressed coconut oil, made the way it has been made for centuries.
